Low miles doesn't stop tires from getting hard and losing traction, and I've had several old bikes where even mild riding showed the old tires were unsafe.
If you do go older, check date codes on tires, and budget replacements on tires more than about 5 years old. Also, the pillion seat is quite small, and your passenger may complain of being too cramped. For safety use this setting only to fill the carb bowl with gas or for brief testing. You can create your own power and define it as cat, dog, rat, etc but you need to define your own rate. Drain oil first before taking this panel off and changing your filter, there's bolt on the kickstand side of the engine at the bottom of the bike, it's sideways, this is the drain plug for the oil, it'll probably be hot so careful unscrewing it, take it out and the oil will pour out, but it's sideways so it's going to be messy, use a funnel or something to direct the oil into a bucket or container of some kind.

Anonymous Owned a Suzuki Savage 5-speed a few years ago and loved how light and comfortable the bike was. I am not a professional or anything so, I'm just reading from the owner's manual that came with my bike. The fuel had drained through the defective float needle and into the crank case.

When I decided to put the bike back on the road, I filled the tank to find that when I started it, fuel started to leak out of the drain tubes that come out of the bottom of the air filter box. The bike has some chrome on it, but its not near as generous as some of the larger bikes out there. They are less expensive, but also worth much less then their modern equivalents. I just bought the same bike. In cold weather or heavy rain, I would have a hard time starting it up.
